An administrator’s role has arisen in the Group Protection team, based in Cherrywood.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Protection Team Leader and will work within a team of 12 people. This position includes full ownership for the administration of a Group Protection Voluntary portfolio.
The successful candidate will work closely within our renewal administration team and their designated broker panel to deliver a first-class customer service.
The role’s duties & responsibilities:
Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers/brokers.
Build relationships to understand what the customer/broker really wants
Work closely with other members of the team.
Deal with customer complaints and log appropriately.
Ensure we meet our obligations under CPC.
Manage a portfolio of schemes.
Skills & experiences required:
Good knowledge of Group Protection/ Pensions environment, the business processes/products and platforms/systems are desirable.
QFA qualification (or equivalent) or a Pension qualification or working towards is desirable.
Consistently demonstrates our values and behaviours.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly build positive relationships at all levels.
Good planning and time management skills.
High energy and passion for customer service and delivery.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
