Costa Coffee – PR Manager

Looking for a seasoned PR Manager for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. You should be experienced in creating and delivering effective PR strategies as well as delivering campaigns to their highest potential. The successful candidate will have an extensive PR track record with great stakeholder management experience. Comfortable with leading a team, this role is perfect for an individual who is content operating in a strategic capacity but also prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead the PR team to deliver inspiring and brand elevating work. A black book of media and industry contacts is essential.

A bit about the role...

As Group PR Manager you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of Costa Coffee’s UK&I PR strategy across all platforms and deliver a programme of activities for the short and long term, which will have a clear impact on Costa Coffee’s standing with external stakeholders including media, customers, government, NGOs and trade bodies.  Specific responsibilities will include:

• Identification, targeting and triaging of new media/ influencers. Develop strategy and in consultation with executive teams develop engagement programmes
• Management and development of agency relationships
• Act as a senior advisor to key executive members within Costa Coffee
• Manage s significant budget, team and external agencies in the delivery of this work
