We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated Group Human Resources Manager based in our Belgium HQ. You will recruit, support and develop our local and internationally located talent through developing policies and managing procedures, in Belgium and for our expanding operations around the world.
Responsibilities• Full responsibility for talent acquisition, in Belgium and remote locations• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts• Provide counseling on policies and procedures• Create and implement effective onboarding plans• Develop training and development programs• Assist in performance management processes• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues• Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance• Payroll responsibility and point of contact for the Social Secretary
Requirements• 3+ years experience in of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)• Understanding of Belgian labor law• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a hunter attitude to finding talent.• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude• Strong ethics and reliability• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field• Fluency in French and English is a requirement This is an open position with immediate start date
