You will become a leading expert in understanding how our partners earn and grow from presenting the Microsoft platform as the best option for our joint customer base.

Responsibilities

In this role, you shape the Partner Incentives Design and Resource Allocation Strategy. You also serve as the subject matter expert on underlying Partners’ Economics. 

• Lead the semi-annual planning process across the Commercial Partner Incentive Ecosystem, working to align strategies and execution plans across a broad array of Microsoft stakeholders.
• Develop a data-driven point of view on how to prioritize investments across competing demands.
• Eloquently articulate the role of the partner internally while providing a balanced perspective to finance leadership on the appropriate level of investment to realize reasonable efficiencies. Externally land the MSFT strategy, prioritization, and economic opportunity with partners.
• Work with Business Planning to understand how the evolution of our licensing platform and the shift to New Commerce will impact partners.
• Maintain a Culture of Compliance. Establish compliance as a foundational and cultural pillar of doing business. Be hands-on in the discussion on how any new program may be compliant by design.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, controllership, or finance work experience

• OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
• OR equivalent experience.
