Blaze has arrived at David Lloyd Clubs! We are so excited to be able to offer one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK. We are looking for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm edgy, who can manage and OWN their Blaze studio.

Blaze is boutique style group training delivered using the three Blaze Zones; Cardio, strength and MMA boxing/combat. This coupled with some of Ibiza’s finest DJ mixes, custom lighting and integrated MYZONE technology makes Blaze the hottest prospect in the Fitness Industry right now!

You will be the ambassador for Blaze in our club and be responsible managing, coaching and developing a Blaze Tribe of Trainers to deliver a Best in class experience. We are looking for that Blaze supervisor that strives to be the best not afraid to seek face to face feedback from both your customer and tribe.

To be successful you will need to lead by example, be solutions driven; someone that can think on their feet and manage the moment, as well as plan for the future. Loving social media is a MUST. A large part of the role is ensuring that you market your Blaze studio and tribe, keeping your audience up to date, educated, entertained and engaged. Therefore strong commercial acumen to drive numbers and retail revenue is essential.

Your technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate great technique must stand you out from a crowd. We are looking for that person that can inspire, coach and develop their Blaze Tribe, someone that has ambition to develop themselves and others.

To be invited to an audition you must hold either Reps Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or equivalent and have participated in at least one Blaze Class.
