About the Role

At David Lloyd Leisure Clubs, we host over 10,000 exercise classes every week. We are looking for someone to deliver some of these classes in our club.

Every one of these classes should deliver a positive experience for the members, as well as for David Lloyd Leisure. Our instructors are key members of our team - this is a job for someone who is looking to shine.

The classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught. We have standard operating procedures, giving clear guidance on how the classes should be run - you'll be assessed by the Group Exercise Coordinator and will be expected to drive attendance to your classes.

You'll need to work with the reception team, to make sure bookings are taken efficiently and our members are engaged in your classes.

You'll be a magnetic, charismatic individual, capable of holding the attention of a room full of people, easily and calmly.
