Job Description
Lead the Zone Category Commercial function as the face of the Center commercial team to the zones. Be the voice of the zones back to the center across strategic routines to influence the center plans on order to drive scale. Be the player coach to step change the commercial function and transform how we support our partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercialize, adapt and amplify the strategy and execution for all categories with the zones and customers for the NAOU
- Conducts high-level and long-term business analysis and makes recommendations on business reviews, commercial plans and innovation launches to support bottler readiness and performance against the big bets.
- Be the face and the voice of the commercial plan to the Zone and CCO teams for innovation and base businesses plan deployment and amplification.
- Lead the NAOU routines from the Cat Com lens in Iterating The Plan, Commercial Weekly Communication, Commercial Franchise Connect, Outside the Plan, Adapting the Plan (structure and adaptation), continual process improvement against routines and adaptation to meet the changing needs of the NAOU.
- Lead the deployment of base business acceleration through the zones collectively to ensure initiatives, targets, profit, margin and mix are delivering the intended shape of initiative.
- Be the SME on all category deployed commercial resources including merch, subsides, allocations and sharing of best practices.
- Develop and communicate a consolidated commercial scorecard for all zones that can be scaled with SCTI and CAT leadership on the health and performance of aligned initiatives.
- Continually work on aligning resources to the work that matters most and making hard choices in alignment with the zone leadership team.
- Lead a direct team of 4 zone commercial directors who are the day-to-day commercial contacts for the 4 zones.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required
Related Work Experience:
- Related Work Experience: 10+ years of professional experience working with in a highly netwroked organization.
- Experience working with a franchise system where our partners are the conduits to our end consumers and amplifying our strategies require daily alignment and collaboration
