About the Role

As an Uber operations executive expert in Colombo, you will be pursuing new supply prospects for Uber Eats delivery partners, explaining and educating them about us and our product. 

Working with Uber is a great opportunity to gather experience of working in an international fast-growing forum while working alongside a top-notch Operations team and deep-dive into Uber’s day-to-day-operations.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel confident  reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and product over the phone, we’d like to meet you.

You should be able to:

• Ability to convert potential leads and improve conversions
• Be able to achieve KPIs assigned without any supervision
• Able to absorb new processes that are implemented 
• Convince and convert the potential delivery partners walking to the Greenlight Hub
• Work closely with the Supply growth teams to drive continuous business development initiatives based on insights obtained from Delivery Partners.
• Be an active contributor to the Operations team to understand market trends, patterns, concerns, issues and areas for improvement at Uber.
• Assist with off-site and on-site events and promotions conducted by Uber.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written proficiency in English, Sinhalese or Tamil.
• IT savvy with basic proficiency in MS Office package.
• Strong people skills, communication skills, and sales skills are a must.
• Ability to manage work in high-pressure, fast-paced organization with a central focus on high levels of quality service delivery.
• A minimum of one year work experience in sales would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work around the clock when required 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and a high level of commitment towards deliverables
