Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work alongside a team of Designers and Junior Designers to support with all design aspects of campaigns, from idea generation through to execution
  • Pitch creative ideas to support with the production of design briefs and creation of powerful brand campaigns
  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Create compelling, innovative visuals for multiple touchpoints that align to Capita’s overall strategic direction
  • Produce drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions to support the Creative Senior Manager using various techniques
  • Develop creative across a variety of channels including both print and digital design
  • Craft and implement visual branding guidelines and their visual identity
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies where required to ensure consistent content delivery throughout the creative process
  • Communicate with team members to receive and adapt to feedback and hone design skills
  • Work on special design tasks where required

What we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction
  • Adeptness with relevant design software packages
  • Has a wide range of design and creative capabilities
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, problem solve and support across multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • An experienced doer with strong organisational, multi-tasking and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others
  • Ability to align ideas to Capita brand and direction in a creative manner
