Join other a global team, working directly with 4 seasoned professionals ready to mentor you in the space of Business Performance, Partner Engagement, and Sales Programme Management.

How will you make your mark:

• You will publish critical business performance and sales program reports
• You will consolidate regional promotion/program plans and create global overviews
• You will track forecast accuracy and track execution of program/portal development as per requirements/milestones with agency and regions
• You will audit content quality (complete, up to date, and compelling) on our portal and partner sites
• You will analyze engagement of partners on the channel breadth portal (access, content consumption, use of gamification, etc.)
• You will conduct price band and Average Selling Price (ASP) analysis
• You will facilitate competitive analysis (based on competitor's pricing & features) You will help track and analyze effectiveness of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) activities
• You will assist in tracking and analyzing GTM/Sales Programs progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify best practices

If you are

• A Graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree focused in business, or similar field prior to your start date
• Able to learn new processes, adapt, and effectively communicate those concepts to others
• Structured and organised with an attention to detail
• Effective with questioning techniques, interpretation skills and presentation abilities
• Confident with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal English
• A motivated team player with an enthusiastic minded work ethic.
• Willing to work in a diverse, international and virtual team
