The GTT Practice Leader has strong leadership skills and strong analytical background. They are a strategic thinker and are intimately familiar with the benefits and challenges of digital transformation in the public sector; they are also pragmatic, insist on the highest standards and ensure that the team, whose priorities can change according to customer needs, is consistently set up to succeed.

The GTT Practice Lead will shape the future of digital transformation in international governments. They bring their passion, innovative ideas, experience, and expertise to help governments reform. They are part of the GTT Advisory Services team and work across all four GTT verticals.

You will partner with leadership across sales, legal, finance, public policy, and security assurance to develop and deploy a comprehensive portfolio of capabilities that help customers accelerate their modernization programs.
· As a member of the GTT Leadership Team you will work closely with senior leaders of the organization, and, when required, act as a deputy for the GTT Team/Director.
· You will work with GTT leadership to define clear strategic priorities and performance measures and then track execution against priorities. You will routinely re-evaluate assumptions, data, and processes and proactively identify new opportunities to excel and support Public Sector customers. You will act as principal adviser to the GTT Director on strategy and priorities.
· They help set the strategy through metrics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement to embed Amazon leadership principles in the team and to quantify the team’s transformation impact. They will lead Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews and Business Operating Planning (OP1 and OP2).
· You will lead the co-ordination of internal communications, team engagements and meetings so that all team members are engaged and have the required situational awareness of team activities and priorities.
· You will help allocate resources within the team and, by analyzing market data and identifying opportunities, identify new areas of focus for GTT to amplify customer impact and accelerate customer adoption of AWS services.
· You will work with the Institute to support communication strategies to amplify the voice of WWPS, GTT and amplify the customer impact.
· You will insist on highest standards and ensure GTT product quality consistently raises the bar before it is presented to leadership or customers.
· You will actively participate in Advisory customer engagements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years' experience (including international experience) driving large sized projects and business relationships with high complexity.
· Demonstrable experience of managing a professional practice of specialists
· Deep understanding and familiarity with government reform programs and the identification of successful approaches to accelerate reform.
· Deep experience and understanding of cloud computing and public sector drivers and blockers internationally. This should include understanding of sovereignty considerations and cloud infrastructure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong writing skills
· Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
· Successful implementation of Operating Model in international teams
· Direct people management responsibilities
· Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and Quicksight modelling skills and forecasting.
