Job Purpose:
This is a critically important role and a great opportunity to build out an internal compliance program in our Consumer Indirect Operation to support our customer’s needs.
The Indirect Governance and Business Management Lead will provide and own the project management support related to the governance, risk and compliance efforts involving tracking and scheduling audits, tracking gap analysis activities, and track and drive the internal actions of the Consumer Indirect team.
Key Accountabilities:
• The role has a uniquely broad remit, spanning across Planning, commercial and Governance. It will therefore suit an individual who draws energy from a true variation in role.
- Business management support to the Head of Indirect providing key updates on performance and contract management and holding team to account on delivering to our commercial commitments (Internally and with partners). This individually will be the conscience of the indirect team.
- Key indirect representative to Interface with the business across regulatory projects and provide business management support to the Head of Indirect.
- Manage Business Continuity, Risk and Audits for indirect.
- Develop and implement a best practice contract management framework to support the Indirect account management team. Working across a variety of different teams within the business leading on key projects and sharing recommendations to WLT/ SLT
- Build robust controls and internal and external governance to ensure that contractual commitments are delivered or exceeded whilst ensuring appropriate and timely engagement with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Partners).
- Ensuring compliance with SOX. Regular and concise reporting across all partner contract KPIs
- Governance and management of internal payplans for the indirect team, represent the area at Sales incentive forum.
- Responsible for providing an audit of compliance, ownership of governance and risk management and the quality lead for consumer Indirect (support ISO audits etc)
- Accountable for delivering market insight back to the business (internally and externally/partners).

- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mind and structured thinking - experience and ability to process and absorb large and diverse strands of information from multiple sources and integrate them in order to deliver clear recommendations
- Sound judgment & decisioning
- Strong understanding of customer insight, market dynamics and competitor positioning.
- Be an excellent relationship builder with demonstrable experience working across diverse teams.
