Tasks :

• Overall management and administration of assigned studies and / or engineering assignments between customer and client
• Lead and coordinate study team / engineering team.
• Responsible for study results and implementation in own organization, in accordance with laws, regulations, customer requirements and customer requirements (W3).
• Identify and report project risk within the work area.
• Report internal and external status and implement necessary corrective measures to ensure optimal execution of study / engineering assignments
• As study leader, overall responsibility for all conversations and communication with the customer.

Requirements for education:

• Engineer, Bachelor or Master degree.
• Experience from project and / or study management.

Requirements for work experience:

• 5-10 years relevant experience from the maintenance and modification industry or other relevant industries

Qualification requirements:

• Good at interacting internally and with customers, seeing and appreciating the importance of the leadership role
• Communicate well in writing and orally in Norwegian and English
• Structured and tidy, think holistically and are efficient in the execution of work
• Contribute to finding cost-optimal solutions
• Good HSE attitudes
• Identify with the values: Responsible, visionary, open and flexible

Language

• Norwegian (min. Level B2) and English fluent
