Global Wellbeing Lead (Global)
Role purpose:
Bringing the Wellbeing strategy to life by leading, and developing programmes globally and locally.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Lead the development and phased evolution of wellbeing framework and global provision consistency.
- Develop a wellbeing data and employee insights strategy to guide and inform global and local decision making.
- Co-ordinate, mobilise and influence the global wellbeing community to maximise impact and reach.
- Bring wellbeing to life through engagement and events organise and manage global events eg World Mental Health Day, Global Wellbeing Week and wellbeing challenge.
- Work across Spirit and Inclusion to embed wellbeing and ensure our wellbeing initiatives foster Inclusion and inclusion supports wellbeing.
- Budget tracking and coordination with finance on spend to date plus recharge to insurance where applicable.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Expert knowledge of workplace wellbeing and mental health best practice in a global setting
- Ability to think creatively on how best to support employees
- Experience of delivering strategic global outcomes, with ability to adapt approach to culturally suitable solutions at local level but achieve consistent global impact
- Excellent project management skills
- Influencing and engagement skills across a broad stakeholder group
