The Global Treasury Manager will oversee domestic treasury operations and develop our global cash and bank account management. This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders (tax, legal, accounting, IT, business segments) and external partners (including relationship banks, treasury service providers) across a variety of corporate treasury activities. The Treasury Manager will ultimately manage daily treasury operations activities, foreign exchange transactions/risk, global bank accounts, global liquidity, letters of credit and payments. This position will seek to build efficiencies and improve Treasury processes, documentation, policies and procedures, management reporting, and assist with evolving our Treasury workstation to help build a best-in-class treasury organization to support the Company's growth and strategy.
Focus: Best of Class Domestic Cash Management & Treasury Operational Processes. Development of Global Cash Management. Strong Coaching and Development.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead domestic cash management including cash positioning, cash forecasting and payments.
Develop global cash management including global cash positioning, global cash forecasting and payments.
Manage bank relationships for treasury Ops.
Collaborate across all functions and effectively communicate to Sr. Director on key operational issues
Assist with Cash Management RFPs and related projects
Create and evolve our short and long-term cash flow forecasting models, dashboards, including cash position reports to monitor activity and liquidity, and variance analyses.
Evolve our treasury systems and processes
Facilitate annual FBAR reporting
Collaborate with FP&A team on treasury related assumptions for budget and LRP
Produce internal reports for cash and debt activity.
Facilitate debt administration activities including notices and interest payments
Perform ad hoc analysis as needed for various treasury projects and initiatives
Assist with treasury operations related projects to support company's growth and expansion
Develop and maintain policies and procedures
Manage one treasury analyst
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required
CTP preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILL BASE:
Six or more years of experience in corporate treasury; FP&A and A/R experience is a plus
Strong banking product knowledge
Strong project management skills
Strong relationship management skills
Experience with TMS and/or TMS implementations
Experienced coach and people leader.
Experienced in all forms of short-term investments and debt offerings.
