Travel and Events Services sit in the Deputy COO office. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Travel and Events Services team in the role of Global Travel Lead – Colleague Experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Understand and respond to the travel needs of business customers, both for the senior executive and general colleague population
• Partner with the Travel Management Company to ensure service delivery which meets the above needs
• Monitor supplier performance through an effective governance framework
• Principle global point of escalation for travel complaints and issues
• Share relevant management information and insights with internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Significant global travel program management experience ideally in a corporate environment with expert knowledge of the travel industry and commercial models
• Effective programme manager who will identify and drive enhancements to the end to end travel process, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven knowledge in third party sourcing and procurement methodologies and concepts
• Strong relationship management experience 
• Strong experience in customer journey thinking and building ‘user first’ employee experience strategies and propositions 
• Demonstrated ability to network and influence senior customers and stakeholders, and to work positively and collaboratively with partners 

Subject matter expertise in sustainability and it’s application to corporate travel programmes would be highly desirable

The base location for this role is London/ Birmingham with hybrid working.
