You will join the Global Learning Services Team in LEGO Education.
This team is one of Learning and Outcomes global centers of expertise focused on the design, development, and delivery of services for teachers and institutions, driving increased use of LEGO Education Products to improve learner outcomes!
You will be responsible for a portfolio of product training for teachers and internally for LEGO Education employees as well as for our LEGO Education Academy Certification training programme for our sales partner trainer network globally.
You will establish a scalable training delivery model with partner training organizations globally and lead the ongoing management of our training business responsible for overall service operations, performance, quality, efficacy and impact of all training programmes.
This includes:
• Training partner selection, contract and commercial negotiations including KPIs and SLA setting
• Ongoing relationship, operational and programme management of our training partner organizations and training processes
• Working closely with our Learning design and product management team to design and develop the training curriculum, content and delivery format
• Ongoing portfolio management of all training programmes working closely with Product Owners and Learning Designers to ensure all programmes are designed to optimize learner outcomes and educational impact.
• Design, establish and implement a quality and evaluation framework including an annual trainer evaluation and re-certification process
• Design, establish and implement a new assessment and certification process for sale partner trainers and teachers.
• Design, run and deliver an annual programme of global product training and implementation webinars to teachers and channel partners globally

Learning and Outcomes ensures a focus on and delivery of highly relevant and impactful learning material and the application of this – both globally and locally. This includes teacher and student material, professional development, customer success and solution support both pre- and post-sales
• Experience of working as a Learning & Development Manager, Training Manager, Programme Manager or related fields such as sales training manager with an excellent combined experience of design of learning programmes together with a sound grasp of all practical delivery aspects of training.
• Willingness to travel regularly globally (4-6 trips a year)
• Strong experience in managed global outsourced train the trainer delivery models including, vendor selection, business case, commercials and ongoing operations
• Strong experience in designing, evaluating and measuring training performance, certification, quality and efficacy
• Excellent programme management skills – project team set up, governance and reporting, risk management & partner management
• Demonstrable experience of the use of digital workflows, tools and technologies to build programmes at scale.
• Strong track record in collaborating across functions for joint success – with multicultural experience
• Expert online and F2F adult learning facilitator with experience in selecting and optimising online delivery tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• A passionate proactive self-starter.
