Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for shaping, defining, and leading TL9000 certification requirements for the Telco organizations (and associated supporting organizations).
  • Coaches and leads Telco BU TL9000 audit participants and team members during on-site TL9000 audits at worldwide office locations.
  • Performs lead TL9000 Audit facilitator role at primary Telco BU office locations scheduled for TL9000 audits.
  • Identifies opportunities for transformational change to TL9000 management systems within Telco BU and supporting organizations.
  • Leads the feedback and evaluation discussion of TL9000 certifications and compliance activities with Telco Executives and Senior Leaders.
  • Represents the Dell Telco organizations and its TL9000 Management Systems on the Global ISO Certifications Management Group (CMG) Team and at CMG ISO Audits.
  • Ensures alignment with Dell Telco BU TL9000 management systems an the broader Dell Global ISO 9001 multi-site certifications program.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

  • Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course (instructor-led)
  • Certification in TL9000 Lead Auditor Requirements
  • Familiarity with QuEST Forum
  • Experience with IT industry/Telco industry and IT solutions development process
  • Minimum of 6 years job experience in medium- to large-sized organizations
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and MS SharePoint applications (advanced skills preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations and tools
  • Strong intellectual capacity.
