Sitting in the Global Talent Acquisition CoE this brand new and exciting role will provide the rocket fuel that powers our regional efforts to attract the best talent for our award winning Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) teams across Americas, China, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
Core Responsibilities
You will be an important part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team contributing to:
• Define, develop, and lead Talent and brand attraction methodologies globally for our Consumer, Shopping & Engagement (CSE) teams
• Strong understanding of channel management and segmentation mapped to the LEGO Group's hiring focus for CSE in core regions
• Ensure all brand messaging is aligned to our tone of voice and visual messaging
• Educate and act as a trusted advisor on Talent attraction methodologies to all regional teams
• Measure channel effectiveness for CSE hiring goals and developing actions for improvement
• Increase diversity of candidate pools and drive quality through better segmentation and objectivity
• Leverage awesome candidate and hiring leader experience and contribute to engagement of these user groups
• Contribute towards an awesome new joiner experience for all our incredible new Talent

You will work in close partnership with our newly centralized CSE team of Recruiters across the world to deploy relevant talent attraction strategies, channel management, and social activation, employer related stories to drive awesome talent to fuel our CSE growth who support our consumers, where only the best will do.
Do you have what it takes?
Ideally, you have a proven experience from a similar global role, with solid insights into navigating a global matrix environment. Moreover, you bring:
• An ideal blend of agency and in-house experience within a Talent team
• Solid experience of brand attraction and sourcing and selection methodologies
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, communications, follow through, and candidate activities
• Exercises excellent judgment on critical priorities that considers the needs of our candidates, clients, and the business
• Previous experience within volume attraction is a must, ideally within Consumer Services
• Fluency in English – oral and written is crucial
