Job Description

Procter & Gamble seeks a Global Supply Chain Resiliency Analyst (Cincinnati, OH) to be responsible for the development of central capability to assess and improve the resiliency of our supply chains to both supply and demand disruption. Using Data Mining and Statistical Analysis assess current performance of P&G supply chains under demand and supply disruption. Using Simulation to model P&G supply chains and determine the effectiveness of various mitigation solutions under a variety of potential demand and supply disruptions. Using Optimization determine the optimal investment portfolio of mitigation strategies to meet supply chain resiliency targets at the lowest costs. Up to 10% of domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications

Must have a PhD in Industrial and System Engineering, Engineering Systems, Operations Research, or a closely related field and 1 year of work or applied research experience in supply chain resiliency modeling using advanced analytical techniques including simulation and optimization/linear programming to include publication in peer-reviewed scholarly journals. Experience must include: Linear Optimization; Simulation; Statistical Modeling; Supply Chain Management; SQL, SAP, R or Python, and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience can be gained through coursework. Up to 10% of domestic and international travel required.
