What are we looking for?

• You’ll have experience setting up and running a DTC supply chain.
• You’ll have worked cross-functionally in the business to bring information and knowledge to the team regarding planning, operations, and execution.
• Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a complex, fast-paced and volatile market environment.
• High decision quality in a fast-paced environment with the ability to gather and integrate multiple pieces of data and develop a strategic solution.
• Right to work in the US 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• You’ll design the global DTC supply chain capabilities strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the DTC centre of excellence to define priorities to support the value propositions strategy deployment.
• Define future supply end to end capabilities needed to support our roadmap of future value proposition launches.
• Share and synchronize with Mars Digital Technologies team our supply strategy and roadmap and related technology capabilities needed.
