Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in the advertising sales and gaming or mobile apps industry.
Experience managing business and customer activation.
Experience in advertising product development and commercialization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with ads business growth for publisher websites and/or apps.
Experience in the application development process.
Ability to communicate with management.
Ability to communicate with others, set goals for product adoption, and deliver against goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Lead global commercialization of solutions for mobile apps growth by managing projects on feature releases in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Understand the challenges publishers, users, and Google face in relation to ad serving and growth that powers sustainable business.
Partner with cross-functional teams to set launch goals and determine commercialization strategies to land applications business platform features to market.
Understand display advertising ecosystems and ad management technology. Act as a key contributor in discussions between Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing teams.
Steer the evolution of applications business platforms to fit the needs of application developers by recommending and prioritizing innovative features that will help application publishers.
