Our technology teams in the UK work closely with HSBC’s global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely. We also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.
Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.
We work in small, agile DevOps teams with colleagues around the world.
Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains, we are currently seeking an experienced Global Payroll Lead to join Corporate Function IT, Enterprise Technology, Digital Business Services.
This exciting role involves leading the IT service and change agenda for the Payroll product area. The individual should possess detailed technical product and process knowledge of the HR Success Factors Employee Centrall Payroll solution as well as solid project management skills to track the IT plan, resources, and risk/issues/dependencies for the workstream. Additionally, the role holder will perform a fundamental function in the sustanainability of the solution through delivery of the vendor regulatory changes/upgrades as well as providing innovative extensions of the HR solution.
Reporting to the HR IT Product Manager, the individual must possess excellent relationship management skills as the role holder will be working closely with HR business colleagues to support the HR service lines to meet their goals across all global regions and entities.
The role is global and across multiple HSBC service lines within the Corporate Function area. This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
