The global Talent Acquisition team welcomes this exciting new role into the LEGO Group, as the guardian and curator for our onboarding and orientation approach for all new Talents, from the moment an offer is extended through to 90 days and for all those key moments in between that are so important!

- Responsible for core moments that matter for new joiners, driving a high-touch engagement pre-joining, and continuing to drive a fast start post joining
- Accountable for delivering a newly crafted global e-induction programme, whilst supporting regional orientations
- Ensuring that a global learning pathway from joining through to Day 30=60=90 continues to evolve and iterate
- Partnering closely with core colleagues within Insights, IT, and Talent to ensure a joined-up, seamless onboarding programme that continues to thrive and adapt to both in-office/in-person and digital/e-experiences
- Drive innovation, celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity and belonging at the heart of how new joiners experience their pre and post-joining
- Accountable for ongoing reporting and insights around how our new joiners feel and what they need to promote a standout experience and fast start into the organisation

We are looking for someone who shares our passion about finding the best Talent there is and carefully ensuring that our new joiners feel a high sense of care, belonging and support as they weave their way from being recruited, pre-joining and landing well within the LEGO Group.
Ensuring that all new joiners have a robust onboarding plan, that encompasses orientation into the organisation, where each new joiner is assigned a 'Brickmate' to help them find their way in those key early moments and, for their learning and growth to be embraced throughout those all-important 90 days in their role.
- An expert Manager who is passionate about onboarding and orientation of outstanding Talent, globally – from point of offer to 90 days post joining.
- Existing and demonstrable experience in a similar global role, with solid experience of navigating a global matrix environment
- Ability to effectively lead and prioritise multiple projects, communications, follow-through, and new joiner activities
- Understanding what truly matters to new joiners at pre-and-post joining moments
- Solid experience in handling data to drive insight lead actions
