Within our Global Marketing organization located in the HQ in Carros (France, 06), we are looking for our : Global Marketing Manager Pet Care (W M) belonging to the Global Marketing Department under the responsibility of the Global Marketing Director for Nutrition & Petcare Pet Care is a strategic segment within Virbac, special attention will be given in the coming years to further develop this category with a clear roadmap and ambition until 2030. The Global marketing pet care manager will be in charge of new key product launches, geo extension, market access and operational support in already existing countries to assure performance and growth. The scope of this position is around pet supplements, topical and dental products. Your responsibilities will be: Portfolio Management, development and optimization : in charge of the brand building and optimisation of the range (streamlining, extension of range, country specific recommendations) Strategic planning (Budget & 3 year plan) :define objectives, discuss ambitions and make recommendations in particular on pricing, positioning and commercial strategies tactics to improve our sales and profit contribution New product introduction & Launch preparations : interface with innovation team to prepare new launches (full launching toolkit to affiliates) and participate and enrich innovation pipeline Operational Marketing expert for the assigned portfolio : continue to develop the pet care culture, foster exchanges between affiliates and put into place the right strategies and tactics to grow the business. Financial acumen and advanced understanding of P&L, profitability management and analysis to guarantee the long term success of our range. Qualifications Your profile: 1 Pet Care background, with experience in the hygiene, pet supplements or dental segment , with at least 5 10 y of marketing experience and a good level of nutritional understanding within an international company. 2 International profile : fluent in English and French, another language (german or spanish) would be a + international experience: has worked in a global team, or in different countries with local responsibilities high capacity of adaptability to different cultures 3 Marketing or business Master degree (BAC+5) , and digital background (ecommerce, digital communication) is a must. 4 Mobile and ready to travel around the globe (US, CHINA, JAPAN, LATIN AMERICA, EU) at least once per month 5 Passionate about dogs and cats and interested in the pharmaceutical sector.
