Core responsibilities:
- Leads Global Marketing Communication strategy for select growth platform to enhance our position within the marketplace
- Monitors competitor communications closely and uses insight to inform global communications strategy and action plans
- Leverages relevant market research to strengthen the global platform communications
- Develops and executes integrated marketing communications plans in support of business priorities, including product launches and campaigns, to drive awareness and demand of new and existing solutions
- Aligns Platform communications strategy with corporate, global, cross-platform and cross-region marketing initiatives
- Drives Marketing Communications planning process and deliverables with agency partner, including development/approval of SOWs, writing briefs/briefing agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and budget
- Accountable for all thought leadership activities as well as the external positioning of the Growth Platform in the industry
- Manages strategic and creative design of marketing communications activities and materials including advertising, website, thought leadership, social media, video production, live and virtual events, and client presentations
- Ensures alignment of event, social and campaign strategies to the global/centralized calendar
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to brainstorm tactics, create messaging, define positioning, and develop content specific to our key audiences
- Writes and edits copy for range of materials, channels
- Manages regulatory and legal review process for external facing materials to ensure we consistently release compliant materials
- Co-ordinates with and manages agency partners
- Measures and reports results to continuously improve
- Responsible for managing and reporting Marketing Communications budget
- Working with the Strategic Marketing team, ensures all relevant marketing communications collateral is up to date, and maintain digital content
- Develops and delivers high impact communications plans and go-to-market tools for global new product launches; track progress in the regions and in the marketplace and uses results to improve effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent know-how in communications, marketing, or a related function
- 8-10 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a global B2B environment; food and beverage industry experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office applications and related business and communication tools, including Adobe® Acrobat, Photoshop; Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce
- A comprehensive project portfolio that demonstrates your abilities in marketing communications planning, design, and implementation, including new product launches and events
- Agency management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator; strong presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good copy writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Native English speaker or high fluency both written and verbal
