As a strategic partner to the business, the HRBP team plays a critical role driving the people, culture and organizational agenda in partnership with our customers. It is the HRBP’s mission to keep the organization robust and resilient.   In that mission, HR Business Partners will consult and advise with executive leaders on organization design and development in line with our overall business strategy. We work in partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy.

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will join a team of other HRBP's who are responsible for supporting Digital globally.  

You will:

• Deliver end-to-end human capital solutions that advance the organization growth plans and further develop our Digital talent at the global scale

• Drive company-wide core programs and initiatives including pay planning and rewards, performance management, executive calibration and leadership development

• Influence organizational design decisions to build a long-lasting operating model

• Coach our executives to create a culture of inclusion, collaboration & innovation

Essential Requirements

• 8 + years of experience managing a variety of multi-faceted HR programs, including, but not limited to: talent development, compensation planning, retention management, succession planning, company culture development.

• Track record of building trusted partnerships and influencing executives to deliver results

• Be viewed as a trusted HR consultant, change agent, and key influencer to the senior management. Be the HR advocate and build strong HR brand among the business

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in a large global matrixed environment
