The role will provide global leadership across Mars Petcare health businesses to educate, coach and lead the transformation to using big-data to drive decisions and actions in pet health and our hospitals working with Mars Leaders such as medical affairs, hospital operations, marketing and digital teams. They will also play an external facing role providing industry thought-leadership. In additional to supporting the healthcare divisions the analytic leadership will drive new ways of working to combine needs of Royal Canin and Pet Nutrition in new collaborative initiatives creating further opportunities for Mars Petcare ecosystem. This important transformation will be achieved through effective leadership level engagement, expertise and persuasion with our Division leadership and partners
Extensive international experience in healthcare working with multi-disciplined teams to deliver business-changing analytics and strategy
At least 15-20 years of experience in this space, working with big-data in healthcare
Able to effectively engage, influence and persuade C-level leaders to change the strategic approach and decision-making all areas of healthcare from medical practice to hospital operations
Able to partner effectively with the business stakeholders so that they embrace new thinking and new ways of working, value the team’s contribution and partner to ensure the insights create game-changing opportunities
