The Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team will enable the organization to access accurate financial data and actionable insights in a timely manner. The team will focus on sourcing, developing, and implementing financial solutions for use across the company. The team will also focus on training team members, identifying areas of improvement, maintaining financial data, and managing change requests. This team works closely with Information Systems, specifically the Data Analytics and Financial Management Team. This role will initially be focused on the global implementation of OneStream for financial consolidations and planning, and will support all aspects of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

•Support the development, testing, and implementation of financial technologies and solutions

•Gathers and refines project definition, process improvement, requirements definition, and use case development with key business stakeholders for projects

•Develop and maintain financial reports including BI dashboards

•Create and maintain training documentation for solutions implemented by the team

•Review historical data and ensure financial data integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or other related discipline
• 0-3 years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets (Co-op/internship experience will be considered)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Basic understanding of programming languages, especially Visual Basic, VBA, or VB.Net
• Previous experience using Oracle or a similar ERP system
• Previous experience or training using OneStream or a similar EPM solution
• Previous exposure to BI tools such as Qlik or Tableau
