This is an exciting opportunity for someone to Program Manage External Partnering workstream as part of the MW Commercial Transformation. The transformation is holistic in nature and will result in change and transformation in how we work with the verticals (CBU's) and functions as we drive growth and increase productivity to become top tier.  How we partner externally is a key workstream enabler, it is in development so this role will have lots of scope for creativity as we develop our ecosystem and program. This role will be actively engaged with the entire MWCLT as well as across the organization .

What are we looking for?

• University Degree, ideally Business related or supply chain, finance, procurement, engineering
• Strong program management capability
• Problem diagnostic and problem-solving capability
• Commercial (procurement) experience is desirable in any related industry where developing suppliers and partnerships is a focus
• Fluent in English
• Min 5 years’ experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Global PMO for External Partnering as we develop our external partnering ecosystem to support our long term growth agenda
• Develop and manage holistic scorecard for external partnering commercial , drive and develop activities like external search for external partnering
• Work with DT to define technology requirements to enable External Partnering
• Work with associates in commercial and across the supply chain, marketing and R&D as we get this program of the ground and instituted
