Job summary
The Kuiper Ground Infrastructure Services Team is looking for Global Expansion Program Manager based in our Redmond corporate campus. In this role, you will lead and manage entity formation for new regions across multiple teams and organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of competence in delivering through others, bringing together key stakeholders, and influencing without authority in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity. This role will be on the Kuiper Ground Infrastructure Services team and will be a liaison between Amazon Legal, Amazon Accounting, Amazon Tax, Amazon Finance teams, and Kuiper stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
· Work with 35+ teams to manage legal entity formation in the EMEA region.
· Work cross functionally to create mechanisms to improve efficiency in our internal entity processes.
· Thrive in ambiguity by seeing around corners and pointing out blind spots.
· Develop and maintain program reporting and metrics.

About the team
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
· Multiple years of project management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with project management tools.
· Experience with financial systems, customer invoicing, business process workflows, tax reporting, legal risks, and technical accounting.
· Experience supporting corporate functions such as finance, corporate expansion, business development.
· Experience working directly with governments worldwide to negotiate expansions.
