As our new Global eCommerce Portfolio & Program Manager, you'll have end-to-end portfolio management responsibility, connecting the strategy to the relevant collaborators!

This role can be based from London - UK, Billund - Denmark or Munich - Germany.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive visibility of ongoing & future initiatives impacting LEGO.com and orchestrate timing across domains/teams such as UX, Marketing, Supply chain, technology and Product Development

• Drive communication on progress & upcoming activities to a wide range of internal partners within the eCommerce team

• Manage portfolio dependencies, timing alignments & risks and work with the individual project managers to solve challenges

• Govern incremental investments to deliver agreed objectives and outcomes

• Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and current/future activities; identify gaps, misalignment, and opportunities.

• Support formulation of relevant outcomes across teams – and ensure ongoing alignment on deliveries & timing between agile and none-agile teams

The Strategy & Growth team plays a vital role in enabling our ambitions with LEGO.com and the team is responsible for the eCommerce strategy and orchestration of its execution across multiple teams

Do you have what it takes?

• Demonstrated track record of portfolio management with the ability to move between strategic discussion and operational detail

• End-to-end understanding of digital/ecommerce

• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to problem solve & orchestrate the ever changing portfolio of activities

• Experience with agile delivery methods; preferably from a large organization with both agile and none-agile teams

• A phenomenal teammate and natural communictor, with highly developed collaboration skills
