- Owning and managing the enterprise LMS (Workday Learning) from set-up, in collaboration with the Manager, Global Learning & Development
- Leveraging leading edge tools and technologies to facilitate effective learning and to create a "world class" e-learning experience for our global populations, working closely with HRBPs to ensure learning needs are met
- Driving up use of e-learning across the enterprise, responding to employee feedback and proposing next iteration solutions
- Creating contemporary e-learning content to support diverse needs and explore future e-learning solutions for the global salaried and hourly populations
- Working closely with the Workday HRIS and IT teams, ensuring an effective collaboration
- Being the main point of contact for global employees’ queries about e-learning capabilities
- Executes vendor selection and manages the day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring smooth integration into Workday Learning, promoting new content internally and trouble-shooting
- Administers and manages online psychometric assessments, within and outside Workday
- Deploys data analytics and innovative strategies to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning, reporting on appropriate measurement indicators
Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in instructional design and developing learning content for a medium or large organization, ideally with a global footprint, including demonstrated experience in independently designing, developing, planning and implementing e-learning modules and virtual sessions
- Industry certifications in e-learning design and/or instructional design preferred
- Proven understanding of adult learning principles, frameworks and tools relevant for designing blended programs
- Experience with emerging trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality), ideally for salaried and hourly populations
- LMS (ideally Workday Learning) administration experience including eLearning publishing and learning assessments

- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Ability to be self-directed and drive initiatives at a global level
- Demonstrated inclusive and globally aware mindset
- Genuinely committed to creating learning programs to develop a collective culture, enhance professional networks, develop core skills and evolve strategic skills and behaviors
