Position Overview
The Global Digital Marketing Manager will lead the vision and development of a digital ecosystem for the Renal Care Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Portfolio, products, services, and education. The Global PD business is ~$2.5B and supports patients in more than 100 countries. The ideal candidate will have deep experience and expertise in developing and executing customer centric digital marketing initiatives and will be extremely collaborative and proactive in approach.
The Global Renal Care division is seeking a digital thought leader who will:
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to perform an overall digital needs assessment
Develop and implement the strategized digital ecosystem, applying appropriate KPIs
Manage/grow the existing digital marketing initiatives for the Renal Care portfolio, including all aspects of downstream customer-facing digital marketing engagement, measurement, and capability expansion
Critical Responsibilities
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to perform an overall digital needs assessment; identification of internal and external education and promotion needs, identification of local requirements and barriers, identification and assessment of current platforms and technologies available
Develop and implement the strategized digital ecosystem, applying appropriate KPIs
Collaborates with internal teams to create anchoring content/optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Manage and optimize the digital ecosystem once developed, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measures/reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against both strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifies trends/insights; optimizes spend and performance based on those key insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Evaluate emerging technologies for appropriate application
Develops digital marketing awareness for broader team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to build, foster and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Demonstrated ability to interpret market research and secondary analysis and translate into actionable tactics
Ability to develop and track metrics and effectively communicate progress and results
Excellent project management and quantitative skills
Strong communication skills, including presenting concepts and ideas in a clear, succinct, and organized manner

Customer Focus – A passion to represent Voice of Customer of patients/professionals to understand unmet market needs/cost-effective solutions. A proven track record of managing high profile customer relationships, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Therapy and Product Expertise – Strong ability to translate therapeutic goals/practices, along with technical product details, into easy-to-understand features/benefits to position with differentiated communication tools. Ability to design market research, then apply findings to overall education strategies
Strong Team Player - High energy team player with a focus on meeting commitments/ contributing to a high-performance culture, work in a multicultural matrix environment and build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse group of cross-functional team members including third party vendors, quality, regulatory, supply chain, customer service, transportation, industry partners, and sales
Communications - Ability to develop/execute verbal and written communication plans, messaging, and brand campaigns across multiple stakeholders, organization levels and functions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years’ digital marketing experience, including managing digital campaigns at a national level
Strong analytical skills in Excel or other data management and reporting SW
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Software skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Tableau or other internal reporting platforms
Experience within the Healthcare/med device industry is preferred/not required
