The Dell.com Global Store Operations Manager will be part of the Dell.com Run-the-Business organization as we work to modernize Dell.com with an easy-to-navigate, customer-centric experience. 

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of eCommerce Merchandizing Operations for thousands of product offerings Globally on Dell.com.  

The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational effectiveness, with a strong foundation of effective communications within B2C and B2B framework.  Additionally, robust attention to detail, autonomy, and problem solving of highly technical issues is critical.  We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and "can-do" attitude.

Role Responsibilities:

• Global Stakeholder management in a highly ambiguous environment
• Ability to scale and communicate to many levels within the organization
• Critical Problem-Solving skills
• Process improvements to improve SLAs, SLA adherence and quality on a global scale
• Manages a team of leaders and oversees and organization of 100+ team members
• Training and development tenured & new operations leaders
• Work closely with Global Sales and PGTM to drive to 100% quality and SLA adherence
• Troubleshooting issues DMA, Harmony, DnC and other tools used in the creation and publication of offers EnA & PC Order Codes on Dell.com

Skills & Experience

• Typically 15+ years of relevant eCommerce, Operations or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
• Simplifies the complex for the team.
• In-depth knowledge of Dell’s “home grown” tools such as DMA, Harmony, DnC.
• Reconciliation of competing objectives and setting higher level priorities. Provides thought leadership for their respective function.
