Lead a team of content and social media specialists to produce exceptional social content, guide governance and optimise channel health
Deliver social media strategy through collaboration with Brand, Global Marketing, Planning and Performance, Digital Consumer Engagement, Retail and our agency partners including Initiative Junior.
Create efficiencies and craft social media content that delivers values across the LEGO ecosystem.
Create a social media learning agenda which builds capabilities and creative best practice into the heart of The LEGO Agency
As an essential team member for the social media agenda, this role will drive our Global social creative content team in the LEGO Agency, working closely with the LEGO brand teams, Channel team, product groups, the ecosystem and the regions in driving a performance driven agenda.
In depth understanding of social media content strategy, creating world class social content, partnership and influencer collaborations, with experience from agency or premium Global consumer brand (at least 10 years’ experience), working across social platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat
Proven record of activating social media strategies content strategies, engagement frameworks, editorial frameworks for a leading brand, with strong experience managing media agencies
Experience leading and developing people (3-5 years’)
Ability to drive digital transformation and digital capability
Understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital critical metrics with overall marketing and business objectives
Able to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
Strong collaborator both in internal multifunctional teams and with external agencies
