Role & Responsibilities

The role will support:
•    Commercialization - Product Data Management (PDM) System. 
o    Support Commercialization Process by assessing necessary reviews for business scenario & assigning approvers. 
o    Address/Resolve Order Blocks with Supply Chain & Business
o    Monitor Eastman News for new product launches to make sure product was commercialized. 
o    Participate in Compliance Meetings or Audits.
o    Provide reports to support PSRA assessments and regulatory reporting, as needed using Power BI.  
o    Provide Metrics on PDM performance and Commercialization turn times.  
o    Provide any ad-hoc reporting as requested to help user with decision process.
o    Participate in small IT projects for implementation
o    Participate in the review of different vendors to replace current functionality
o    Work on process automation ideas 
o    Creating new Power BI Dashboards 
•    SDS
o    Managing Historical SDSs and other reports: Drive to convert additional external customers (via the CSRs) to email delivery for SDSs to save postage costs and the amount of time/work that Eastman employees spend printing and stuffing envelopes

Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI are a plus
