What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Campaign Advisor, you will help drive the global B2B campaign strategy, delivering always-on campaign optimization, and ensuring cross functional alignment and enablement. The strategies you design and implement will shift perception for our brand and create and convert demand for our entire portfolio.
You will:
- Be a subject matter expert on our strategy, portfolio, message, launches, performance triggers, customer journey, global market dynamics and go-to-market requirements
- Enable global field and partner marketing to execute with excellence and bring the voice of the field back into the strategic planning process
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing approaches in partnership with our global stakeholders
- Design and implement campaign optimization strategies based on field and partner marketing requirements
- Partner broadly with stakeholders (including field, competitive, channel, product marketing, content, creative and digital) to bring your strategies to life and ensure great customer outcomes
- Build and maintain quarterly plans, timelines

Essential Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of related experience
- Good business acumen, customer-centric, responsive, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work with all levels of management across the organization and translate data and insights into strategy and action plans
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment – deliver on accelerated schedules using agile approaches and an ability to question the status quo to continuously improve outcomes for our customers
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, high ability to influence in a matrixed environment
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills; able to communicate conceptually and tactically
- Run strategic programs holistically including building out core teams, structuring team meetings, updates to senior leadership, KPIs/Reporting

- Global experience, in campaigns or field marketing
