YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct, manage and be accountable for the performance of the global business segment “Powertrain Engine” against the key measurement criteria of growth and market share and financial segment project portfolio result on the global market
• Provide further development of the team especially in business and technology/product development and project management – focus to E-Motor, NVH, EMC, EOL and electrified Powertrain
• Develop and implement a global business strategy, based on detailed market knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
• Global business development with strong involvement of the affiliate organization
• Further development of the organization and staff expertise within the Segment 
• Influence the development of related Segments, Business Units, Units and Affiliates to achieve strategic targets and business results 
• Strong link and network into the legislative authorities 

 YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical and economic education (TU, FH Master)
• In-depth knowledge in the technical field electric and electrified powertrains 
• Extensive experience in the R&D and production with a high knowledge of the market
• High customer orientation and strong leadership qualities 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep entrepreneurial understanding and thinking 
• Intercultural competence  
• Pleasing personality, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach
• Fluency in English is a must
• Willingness to travel
