GLOBAL BEAUTY MICROBIOLOGIST

Looking for an experienced Associate Scientist, or Scientist.

For employees who have developed proficiency in Biosciences / Microbiology. Procedural work and expertise in Application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve technical problems. Delivers technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.

Role will have responsibilities end to end with opportunity to specialize in interest areas across Beauty Microbiology.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology or Biology with relevant experience and interests.
• Experienced in microbiology or life sciences via education and/or work experience
• Expert in method development / experimental design, and lab based hands on execution
• Demonstrated ability to learn and reapply life science mastery to generate data and guide technical direction of projects
• Delivers technical rigor and set high standards of quality with attention to detail and executional excellence
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across functions, levels and regions
