Role Purpose The Global Banking Conduct Portfolio Manager will influence strategy and the shape of the Global Banking Conduct Programme stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes. They will set the pace and operating rhythm of the portfolio to ensure effective reporting whilst always considering a balance between reporting and delivery activities. The role will require guidance and direction to a team of change professionals (two project managers and two Business analysts) whilst being the point of contact for all escalations. They will support the design and delivery execution of the Global Banking Conduct Programme across Global Banking, Market Securities Services (MSS) and CMB. In this role, you will:
