Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

This role will be responsible for working cross functionally with engineering and product line in developing and maintaining the framework for spares recommendation required for routine maintenance, critical dimensions for repair/replace decisions as well as consolidating all the available product upgrades for assigned product line.

This role will be responsible to elevate the aftermarket customer experience by making it easy to navigate available offerings and easily support quotations for turnaround planning and product upgrades.

This role can be located anywhere globally.

As an Global Aftermarket Product Manager - Consolidated, you will be responsible for:

• Developing framework for routine turnarounds spares recommendation
• Developing framework for critical dimensions for repair/replace decision
• Ensuring critical dimensions are implemented in asset management tool to support field operations
• Maintaining IOM recommended spares by incorporating periodic reviews & feedback from field operations
• Driving SPIR standardization and utilization
• Consolidating all product upgrades related to the product line working closely with product manager and engineering
• Running routine campaigns within field operations to drive adoptions of upgrades
• Working closely with digital council to ensure spares framework is on a platform that allows ease of navigation and maintenance
• Aligning key functions to generate on programs including material planning, sourcing, product line, sales, and commercial
• Working with sales and region teams to develop and implement aftermarket and channel strategies
• Working with marketing and communications to develop materials, programs, and support for growth
• Developing model for inventory recommendation list to channel partners

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
• Have minimum 10 years of experience with Control Valve Lines
• Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
