General Insurance Transformation Lead - £60,000 - £70,000

A bit about the job:
As a Transformation Lead you will be outcome focussed, comfortable working with ambiguity and hold credibility and influence with senior stakeholders. You will form close working relationship with Transformation Leads and their teams across UKGI and have a natural flair for being inquisitive and curious.
Initially this role will be focussed on ensuring UKGI achieves its committed expense targets and digital, automation, simplification and adoption ambitions, but you will get involved in many different initiatives across UKGI.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Change professional with track record of successful project or programme delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills
Technical skills around programme & project management skills
Natural and confident communicator, with well-honed storytelling skills
Strategic focus and has ability to join-the-dots between Group and GI
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £60,000 – £70,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
