Salary: £22,425 per annum

Location: Home working but must be able to work from our Preston Brook, Runcorn office once a week. Training will also be office based for 3 weeks.

Shift/Hours: Working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 9am to 7pm

Becoming a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor with Capita Customer Management:

In Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, on this occasion we are looking for German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team working on behalf of Marks & Spencer!

You’ll deal with a range of customer queries via the telephone on behalf of the Marks and Spencer. We’ll train you to deliver a service that is consistent, confident, friendly and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. You’ll join a team where customer satisfaction is celebrated, and you’ll receive rewards and recognition as you progress. It’s a great chance to build a career with us and you’ll have the opportunity to take on further duties when you’re ready

What you will do:

  • Provide a first-class customer service; taking calls, web chats and answering online enquiries
  • Provide a ‘right first time’ service ensuring that the customer’s query is dealt with in their first interaction with the business
  • Demonstrate the values of the company that you work for in all interactions with their customers
  • Update company systems to ensure an accurate record of the customer’s query and the resolution

Your experience will include:

  • Fluent; both written and verbal
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner
  • A real desire to provide a high level of customer service
  • Ideally you will have some experience in customer service however this is not essential
