The Product manager is responsible for the current Immunology portfolio and for future Hematology and Innovative Medicines Launches

This role reports to the Business unit Lead.

Activities include franchise architecture, new indications launch plans, driving key strategic innovative and multichannel initiatives. Collaborating with sales area and working in coordination with the cross-functional team members such as medical, finance, market access, reimbursement, business intelligence, in order to ensure the appropriate alignment with the global strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business reviews, brand plans and business cases in coordination with the cross-functional teams.
  • Determining the key milestones and meeting the goals per sector: Private, decentralized and centralized institutions (IMSS/Torre de control and ISSSTE)
  • New indication readiness by leading immersion workshops, launch strategy and communication to key internal/external stakeholders
  • Collaboration with LATAM region to identify and implement strategic research and analytics
  • Scenario planning and production forecast development
  • Ensure the execution of initiatives for the entire patient journey (including digital solutions)
  • New digital campaigns considering new channels to contact the HCPs increasing reach and frequency
  • Academic events organization, congresses, sponsorships and virtual meetings.
  • Price strategy review with HEOR
  • POA meeting planning and oversight to maximize live team motivation points and learning/execution impact
  • Partnering with national field leaders and field work actively with Hematologists key opinion leaders per sector
  • Competition assessments
  • Hematology experience of 3-5 years is desired
  • The selected candidate must possess strong analytical and strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Must work well in a matrix environment without a direct line authority
  • Must be able to influence thinking amongst senior leaders and have strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of health care reimbursement system: IMSS, ISSSTE, Trade.
  • Must be able to assess risk and opportunities
  • Must demonstrate to an ability to assess executional effectiveness of sales
  • Investing budget accuracy

Education / Certification required:

  • Bachelor´s degree required; Master´s degree preferred
  • English skills (Speaking, writing and Listening) at a intermediate to high level
