Provide administrative, operational and client support to a team of Truist Advisors who manage an ultra-high net-worth portfolio of clients. Works closely with assigned Advisor(s) to meet the complex needs and objectives of the client(s) while also serving as the primary point of contact for all account administration requests. Such requests may include but are not limited to distributions, asset transfers, onboarding, off-boarding, money movement, tax related activities and trust and fiduciary support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.Â
1. Support client and advisor operational requests related to wires, transfers, withdrawals, and account opening/maintenance with fiduciary teams
2. Work closely with CTA\'s to ensure client and advisor requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
3. Support advisor\'s sales and client retention goals, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance the client experience
4. Identify at-risk relationships and notify the appropriate relationship manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree with a concentration in business, finance, accounting
2. 5-7 years previous wealth management, banking or other financial institution experience, including client support experience
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently on numerous tasks
5. Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills
6. Flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
7. Strong knowledge of fiduciary, investment and banking terminology and concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Demonstrates strong fiduciary, wealth management and treasury services knowledge
2. Trust School graduate
