PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General material Loading and Unloading activities ,
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items and revert to leader / supervisor.
• To accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Receive and Transfer Ethanol from and to respective tanks / Waste Carbon Disposal Arrangement / IBC Cleaning activities.
• Assist on material Preparation and issuance to production or requestor.
• Assist in weekly I monthly / yearly stock count activities.
• Communicate, cooperate and support with supervisors and co-workers among the teams.
• Operate and maintain preventixely warehouse vehicles (Forklift) and equipment.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Good Housekeeping and Follow GMP / ISO procedures.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Carry out other general activities as and when required.
• To take reasonable care of your own health and safety.
• To take reasonable care not to put other people - fellow employees and members of the public - at risk by what you do or don't do in the course of your work.
• To co-operate with your employer, making sure you get proper training and you understand and follow the company's health and safety policies, rules and procedures.
