Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong proven working experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills and equipment re-build expertise are required for these roles.
• Experience in using controls and settings on high-speed equipment.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.
• Effective and proven communication skills working in a team environment
• Must be able to work 8-12 hour rotating shifts.
• May be required to work in various departments and may perform other duties necessary to support production operations

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 
• The associate may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to work from ladders on occasion

Working Conditions:

• Generally works in a plant environment but will be required to perform some job duties inside a typical office setting
• While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic 
• The associate may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures
• The noise level is frequently loud
