The Role
The PFI Retail team electronically identifies and quality checks all inbound customer correspondence. This position supports all Fidelity business units by performing form recognition and data capture on forms, documents and checks presented via electronic image.

Working knowledge of Fidelity systems (Focuspoint, XTRAC, FDOT, Service Center Desktop)
1 year minimum experience with one or more – DC, DB, HW, PI plans
You are self-motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to complete assigned tasks both timely and accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete work by prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight time constraints
Ability to navigate between multiple applications
Strong data entry skills (target: >8500 keystrokes on aptitude test)
Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Critical thinking skills
Requires attention to detail and extensive concentration/focus for extended periods of time
Flexibility- This role may require associates to occasionally have to stay late/come in early and come in on days off

Covington, KY: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm and Sunday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
The Team
The goal of PFI Retail is to protect customers’ assets by quickly and accurately processing their incoming transactions. The team supports all Fidelity business units by performing form recognition and data capture on forms, documents and checks presented via electronic image. Processing is completed within internal service delivery goals as well as legal and regulatory deadlines governing the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
