Job Description

One of our Clients is looking for a friendly, well-organised General Manager to join a brand new site they are opening in London, as part of the requirement for this role you would ideally need some experience within a Fast Food Outlet.

You will definitely need a great understanding of a fast paced kitchen where standards are maintained at all times, as the site will be a deliveroo site and will be amongst a further 9 kitchens for various traders. You will have on site management to take control of the drivers and there will be a designated staff area. You will have a team of 8 - 10 members to start with and may increase depending on the business

You will ensure that you are fully staffed to provide the best customer service by completing all rotas in advance, covering all financial reporting, identify training requirements, complete all stock takes, orders, be hands on and so forth.

To be considered as a candidate

*Work 45 hours per week working flexible shifts and will include Bank Holidays and Weekends

*Be a hands on Manager

*Hit your sales targets and meet your KPI's

*Be fully financial aware as these would be reported weekly

*Responsible for health and safety, Food Safety and procedures during your shift.

*Complete a handover for the Assistant Manager to assist with continuity
